Homemade in the Barossa Valley by Carmella this concentrated Southern Indian style curry paste is packed with fresh ginger, garlic and spices. Just 2 desertspoons per 500g meat or vegies will made a medium curry. Also makes a fabulous marinade pre-BBQ and is absolutely amazing with seafood! Add to soups, stews and casseroles, stir frys for extra flavour and spice, make a dip with cream cheese, add to your pattie mix or as a flavour base for pizzas. Vegetarians will love this too. Try it with eggs and toasted sandwiches. Have it in or on anything. Beats the pants off anything you'll find in the supermarket!
