Activated Almonds & Walnuts 300g


Famous for their rich source of vitamin E, magnesium, zinc and Omega3, activated nuts are more easily digested than raw or roasted.  Raw nuts contain enzyme inhibitors that make them difficult to digest and inhibit our body's ability to absorb these nutrients.  Activating (soaking) nuts releases these enzymes.  Our walnuts are soaked in filtered water and Murray River salt for 24 hours and then dehydrated for a further 24 hours at 47 degrees.   These nuts are sourced and activated in the Riverland of South Australia.
