During Autumn figs are handpicked and processed within 24 hours for the perfect sticky figs. The figs are simmered for three days in a syrup made from sugar, water and fig wine vinegar, then allowed to dry.
Enjoy figs on a platter with a sharp cheddar or bitey blue cheese, they also combine well with cured meats.
