A sea salt with extra dimension. Blended and flavoured sea salt, for BBQ’s, baking and table use. Contains salt bush flakes, native peppercorns and other spices. Recipe idea: Peel and cut up six potatoes into chunks. Put all into a shallow baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Chop up three sprigs of rosemary, scatter over potatoes. Finally sprinkle a liberal amount of Drover’s Salt over all and bake in a moderate oven for an hour.
