Gourmet Goodies Company Pty Ltd uses APD Parcel Delivery Pty Ltd for Australia wide delivery of all items unless otherwise specified. If no permission to leave is written in the delivery instructions on the parcel, a calling card is left which the customer would need to contact the number on that card and arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.

If you are not satisfied with the products delivered to you, or the contents are damaged please contact us immediately. You may be asked to provide evidence of the fault/damage. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

*Please note that in some cases, depending on your location, the freight charge could exceed this amount. If and when this happens I will provide you with a quote prior to finalising your order. On occasions, depending on the size and type of product ordered, we may be able to ship at a lower cost and will adjust this figure if applicable.
