Designed as a sweet beetroot flavoured dip to add to the BBQ table.  This mix is so versatile you can use it as a meat rub, in stews, casseroles, soups and crockpots.  Add 2 teaspoons to mashed potatoes to make them pink!  The kids will love it.

DIP:  Add 1 tablespoon of mix to 1/3 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup mayonnaise.  Mix well and leave for 20 minutes before serving.  This can then be used  as a dip or a spread on sandwiches or hamburgers.
