Dried roasted wattle seeds along with native pepperleaf form an integral marriage with traditional spices, for a sensational seasoning. Recipe idea: Stir fry chicken strips in hot oil with Boobialla Seasoning, add sliced onion, zucchini and red capsicum. Stir in a tin of coconut cream and simmer briefly to finish. Serve with pappadums.
