Who would have thought that when I said to Karen “let’s do a funny little gluten, nut and dairy free cake with prunes and seeds” that it would become our run away best seller, not me, nor Karen, I remember the look on her face!
But there you go, sometimes you just can’t pick the ones that will sell. I am glad the goody loaf is so popular, personally I like to cut it in half, toast it, slather it with butter (which I am not supposed to eat) and have it hot for morning tea with a nice cup of coffee and my dogs asleep on my feet.
Actually, that sounds pretty good right now, I am off to fire up the kettle!
